Regional Sales Manager NE Region

Responsibilities

• Lead regional revenue
• Coordinate sales resources to support territory and account plans that increase growth
• Forecast weekly, monthly and annual revenue
• Deliver project growth within the region and position major EPC opportunities for a win
• Develop large and strategic account sales opportunities via channel partner alliances
• Act as a voice‑of‑the‑customer bridge between the field and support functions
• Coordinate regional sales activities such as new product launches, account assignments and ongoing customer needs
• Run the product portfolio by segment to ensure channel partners achieve maximum growth potential through solution‑selling efforts

• BS/BA degree, required; preferably in Engineering or Marketing
• 5+ years in the flow‑control industry with knowledge of valve and actuation applications or related fluid mechanics and electro‑mechanical equipment
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – no sponsorship

• At least two years of team leadership experience
• Knowledge of ASME, ANSI and API standards (helpful)
