Who We’re Looking For

Are you passionate about manufacturing excellence and product quality? Do you get excited by solving complex problems, improving processes, and ensuring every product leaving your hands meets the highest standards? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

We’re searching for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Product Integrity team. You’ll be the person who ensures that the colors, materials, and overall construction of our apparel and footwear products are flawless, consistent, and aligned with our mission of delivering excellence to every consumer. You’ll work with a diverse team of designers, engineers, and factory partners, providing technical guidance, process improvements, and quality oversight to keep our products world‑class.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to impact the product lifecycle from concept to consumer. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate while collaborating with passionate professionals who value your expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assess & Analyze:
Dive deep into our current manufacturing capabilities. Evaluate processes, materials, and quality measures for both apparel and footwear. Spot gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and figure out how to fix them.
  • Develop & Implement Solutions:
Design strategies to enhance material and color quality, reduce defects, and improve overall product integrity. Think of yourself as both detective and innovator—figuring out what isn’t working and implementing fixes that have measurable impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

You’ll be the bridge between design, sourcing, standards & governance, engineering, and factory teams. Your role is to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and execution across all stages of product development.
  • Supplier & Vendor Partnerships:
Maintain strong relationships with external partners. Provide guidance, enforce quality standards, and make sure suppliers understand and meet expectations.
  • Project Leadership:
Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing performance, whether that’s updating processes, testing new materials, or implementing workflow enhancements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights. Transform complex data into recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Technical Guidance:
Provide hands‑on expertise for manufacturing processes, textile handling, dyeing, printing, finishing, and materials testing. Mentor teams to maintain best practices and adherence to standards.
  • Communication & Documentation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will influence decision‑making across teams.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 years in product development, manufacturing, or quality assurance, ideally in footwear and/or apparel.
  • Deep understanding of materials, fibers, knits, wovens, dyeing, finishing, printing, and testing.
  • Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end product development from concept to manufacturing.
  • Analytical and solutions‑focused mindset—loves finding gaps and creating practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus.
  • Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office, data analysis, reporting, and optional experience in Smartsheet, Tableau, Miro, or Slack.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Why You’ll Love This Role

This role is more than just maintaining quality—it’s about shaping the products people love. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Make a tangible impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across design, engineering, and operations.
  • Drive innovative solutions in manufacturing processes.
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership,…
