Position SummaryEBI is seeking a full‑time Program Manager/ESA Reviewer to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will conduct quality control reviews of technical report deliverables including, but not limited to, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), Regulatory Database Search Reports and/or Record Search Risk Assessments (RSRAs). In addition, client management of technical assessment outcomes is a primary responsibility of this position, including routine communication and consulting with internal and external clientele.
This position reports directly to the Technical Director and can be either a work‑from‑home or in‑office arrangement, depending on location. As such, candidates need to be comfortable with this work arrangement and have demonstrable ability to thrive in this environment. Due to potential for travel, candidates located in New England will be given priority.
- Complete quality‑control reviews of technical report deliverables
- Communicate outcomes with internal and external clientele
- Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (draft/final reports, etc)
- Travel on short notice (one week or less) will be required at times
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting
- Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP)
- Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on several projects concurrently
- Clear communication skills in person, by phone, and by email
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Ability to travel to remote locations by all means of transportation

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $85,000 – $100,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable U.S. locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
