- Provide medical equipment solutions to clients in a variety of locations and throughout all areas of medical treatment and processes
- Facilitate user group meetings to assist in the process
- Discuss advantages and disadvantages of specific types of medical equipment, and help clients select equipment for their individual healthcare environments, including the inventory, assessment and incorporation of existing equipment
- Work with a Senior Planner and the design team, including architects, engineers and other consultants, to fully incorporate the equipment needs of the project
- Prepare reports, schedules, location drawings/documents and budgets for the planned equipment
- Must be able to travel approximately 50%
- Perform other duties as needed
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED
- Preference given to local candidates
- A minimum of 3 years medical equipment planning experience
- Individuals with a clinical background involving Nursing, Purchasing, Biomedical Engineering or other Clinical specialties will be given strong consideration
- Significant understanding of medical equipment and the hospital environment
- Ability to interact professionally with healthcare clients and design team members
- Knowledge of current Medical Equipment technology
- Very strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Access)

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) {Chicago}: $72,611- $103,730 {Boston}: $79,212-$113,160
