As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) power distribution systems for projects such as microgrids, campus or district energy systems, and municipal‑scale generation facilities. You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from design and analysis to construction support and commissioning—while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best‑in‑class results for our clients.
YourResponsibilities
- Develop design documents (design calculations, protection diagrams, cable/wire schedules, equipment specifications, etc.)
- Write specifications and review submittals for electrical equipment
- Perform electrical system calculations and analysis using ETAP and/or SKM
- Support construction and commissioning activities on‑site (approx. 10‑20% travel)
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- 10‑15 years of experience in industrial power engineering or construction
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Motors, generators, and transformers
- Medium voltage circuit design and protection
- ETAP and SKM electrical analysis software
- Protection relays, coordination, and programming
- National Electric Code (NEC)
- IEEE standards and guidelines
