Employment may be performed on campus or remotely.

• Apply lived industry experience to support improved career outcomes for undergraduate business students and MBA students, providing insights into applying for a specific industry and functional role, including interview preparation, skill development, resume & cover letter alignment, and networking.
• Create career development content for undergraduate and MBA students that provides insights into an industry, roles, and relevant skills.
• Collaborate with faculty to provide industry insights that can inform curriculum development.

• B.A./B.S. with 8+ years of industry or recruiting experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for effective career coaching.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Availability for some weekend and evening work.
• Position may be fulfilled fully remotely; on‑campus office space is available.
