Non-Tenure Track Part-Time Lecturers - College of Management (Several Positions)
To address the rising demand due to growth in enrollments, the College of Management at UMASS Boston is seeking candidates for several associate lecturer positions in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. These are part‑time non‑permanent positions with the potential to turn into full‑time positions. Renewal of these positions depends on performance, available resources, and departmental needs.
Required Qualifications:
- A master’s degree or PhD/PhD candidacy in the area of instruction or a closely related field.
- For candidates with a master’s degree, a record of experience and continuous engagement in a professional setting is required.
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in instruction.

Qualifications:
- A record of excellence in classroom and/or online/remote instruction.
