Non‑Tenure Track Part‑Time Lecturers – College of Management (Several Positions)

To address the rising demand due to growth in enrollments, the College of Management at UMASS Boston is seeking candidates for several associate lecturer positions in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. These part‑time, non‑permanent positions may become full‑time. Renewal depends on performance, resources, and departmental needs.

• A master’s degree or PhD/PhD candidacy in the area of instruction or a closely related field.
• For candidates with a master’s degree, a record of experience and continuous engagement in a professional setting is required.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in instruction.

• A record of excellence in classroom and/or online/remote instruction.

• Cover letter that (a) describes the candidate’s interest in, and fit with, the position, and (b) includes a brief statement of the candidate’s teaching experience.
• Curriculum vitae.
• The names of at least two references and their contact information.
• Other evidence of teaching excellence, such as student letters, teaching awards, sample syllabi, or other relevant materials.
