Location: Boston, MA

Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Salary Grade: Grade 50 ($–$)

Reporting To: Executive Director of Enrollment Services

Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) is seeking applicants with diverse skills and experiences to join our innovative and inclusive community as a Financial Aid Lead. The role focuses on providing hands‑on functional and technical support for Campus Solutions Admissions and Campus Community modules, including integrations with graduate and undergraduate financial aid systems serving more than 25,000 students. This position will be remote.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on functional and technical support for Campus Solutions Admissions and Campus Community, including integrations with financial aid systems.
  • Partner with IS&T teams supporting Campus Solutions and OnBase.
  • Collaborate with Financial Aid analysts to triage, prioritize, and resolve service tickets.
  • Configure vendor solution features such as user interfaces, forms, and data integrations.
  • Coordinate with functional leads across Student Records, Academic Advising, Student Financials, and Admissions to ensure cross‑module alignment.
  • Analyze requirements and support cyclical processes, upgrades, new functionality, reporting needs, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
  • Support multiple work streams, including system configuration, data conversion, integrations, data management, and reporting.
  • Share product knowledge, demonstrate key features, and provide cross‑team knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
