Overview
Togetherhood is coming to Boston. We’ve built a network of over 400 teachers, coaches, and instructors in New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We’re seeking amazing instructors for flexible, good-paying, supplemental work who want to use their own lesson plans and curriculum.

Responsibilities- Conceive of and create an age-appropriate curriculum for your class
- Create memorable experiences for the children in your class to help them grow and develop a passion for chess
- Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early), prepared with the lesson plan for the day
- Help children understand why chess is wonderful and how it has shaped you as a person
- Togetherhood instructors earn $80 - $120 for each one hour class
- A fun, enthusiastic, adaptable instructor with experience teaching school-age children, and who:
- Has excitement, joy, and passion for both teaching kids and personal development/learning
- Knows how to create a fun, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Brings your own voice and creativity to each class you teach
- Is cooperative, supportive, flexible
- Is dependable, proactive, and thrives when given autonomy — and also appreciates support and clear expectations
