Questrom Full Professor, Management & Organizations
Boston University invites applications for a full-time, endowed, tenured professorship at the Full Professor rank in the Management & Organizations Department at the Questrom School of Business.
Applicants should possess an exceptional research record and be prepared to make significant contributions toward building academic expertise and developing new academic programs in the areas of organization theory, technology and work and AI.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong record of high teaching performance at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Particular attention will be given to scholars with expertise in the algorithmic implications for work, studies of work and technology, and organizational studies of digital transformation or disruption. Ideal candidates will align with one or more of the School's current research strengths and show potential to integrate their scholarship into future‑forward curriculum to benefit our students.
Evidence of academic leadership and a strategic perspective on institutional development will be considered an asset.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree and currently hold a tenured faculty position at the associate or full professor level. Research support, teaching load, and benefits are competitive. The salary range for Full Professors in the Questrom School of Business is $213,000 – $468,000.
