BENEFITS TO OUR COACH:

• Starting Pay - $25 per hour; includes 6-10 hours of on-field training at $22/hr, increasing to $25/hr after completing the Coach Training Program

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COACH:

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

COACHING HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (shifts typically 1-3 hours; multiple shifts possible). Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-12:00pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COACH:

• Manage a class of up to 15 children safely
• Implement curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Arrive on time and provide positive experiences for children, families, and faculty
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Feel fulfilled knowing you made a difference
