Track Coach

Founded in 1886, The Winsor School is an independent girls’ school for academically promising and motivated students in grades five through twelve. The Winsor School is seeking Assistant Track Coaches for the Spring 2026 season. Practices begin on March 2 and conclude on May 23, 2026. Practices are Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 5:15 PM and meet on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

• Coach track and field athletes during practice sessions.
• Develop and implement practice plans in accordance with school’s coaching standards.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meets and events.
• Maintain accurate coaching records and communicate with the Athletics Department.

• Experience coaching track and field athletes in a school setting.
• Ability to work with students grades five through twelve.
• Strong commitment to student development and school diversity values.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
