The Senior Program Coordinator is the initial and primary contact for students, faculty, and guests of the school seeking registration, financial aid, and admissions assistance and information. As such, the Senior Program Coordinator oversees suite hospitality: maintaining an atmosphere of welcome as they greet, help, and direct guests to the appropriate offices. The person in this role updates and maintains student records, coordinates registration procedures at both STH and through the Boston Theological Interreligious Consortium, maintains STHs registration webpages to ensure up-to-date information is accessible to current and prospective students, and assists the Registrar with STH graduation procedures.
The Senior Program Coordinator initiates and helps oversee Degree Program Advising for student registration sorting student registration forms and facilitating their distribution between the other advisors and serves as Degree Program Advisor themselves for students who are preparing to register. The Sr. Program Coordinator also oversees the registration process for matriculating first-level masters students during their first semester Sr. Program Coordinator reports directly to the Registrar, helping them to maintain the operations of the Office of Registration and Financial Aid.
