Nurtury is seeking a Family Partner to connect families with resources, support their engagement, and strengthen the family component of our Early Learning Centers. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for families, coordinate with community partners, and help families navigate early education, health, and social services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support families with enrollment, health, and early learning needs
  • Track attendance, goals, and progress in our systems
  • Provide one‑on‑one guidance and facilitate parent programs
  • Connect families with community resources and referrals
  • Collaborate with educators and represent Nurtury in the community
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
  • Full Time, Monday – Friday Schedule

You:
  • Hold an Associate’s Degree or higher in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting families from diverse or underserved communities
  • Are knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resources
  • Are culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information
  • Are tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Are Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
  • Are comfortable with local travel
