About the RoleYou will be matched with 1-2 hour shifts at schools, buildings, and community centers across Boston. Opportunities can last from 6 to 18 weeks.
Responsibilities- Assist the primary instructor in facilitating engaging, high‑quality classes.
- Consistently arrive on time (or early).
- Create memorable experiences for the children.
- Ability to build positive classroom community and relationships with students.
- Exhibits excitement, joy, and passion for teaching young learners.
- Cooperative, supportive, and flexible.
- Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes” mindset.
- At least two references.
