Position: Center Float Teacher (Infant, Toddler & Preschool) (Boston, MA)

Do you love working with all age groups and bringing joy to young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full‑Time Center Float Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment every step of the way.

If you have a passion for teaching, experience in child care, and a desire to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you! Part‑time positions are also available.

What You’ll Do:
  • Gain valuable hands‑on experience floating between infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms
  • Assist the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed
  • Work an 8‑hour schedule between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Help create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators
What You’ll Need:
  • EEC certification in Infant/Toddler and Preschool (required)
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with children in child care, daycare, or preschool settings nascer
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
