SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, College of Arts & Sciences, Political Science
Boston University is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to support the PhD program in Political Science. The role supports the Director of Graduate Studies, manages administrative functions of the program, assists with graduate recruitment, maintains the student record database, mentors graduate students, and provides operational support to the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all administrative functions of the PhD program.
- Serving as a liaison between the Political Science Department and the rest of BU for graduate student recruitment and admissions while maintaining a comprehensive database of graduate student records.
- Mentoring graduate students to ensure compliance with all GRS rules and regulations.
- Supporting the Department Administrator as needed.
Required qualifications:
- Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S., preferred.
- One to three years of related experience.
