High School; Manager or Director Level

Breakthrough Greater Boston is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the High School team to oversee all aspects of programming for 9th – 12th grade students at our Boston Campus. This individual will be responsible for advising and supporting students as they make the critical transition from middle to high school and navigate high school. The High School team works closely with other members of a dynamic Program Team and reports directly to the Senior Director of High School.

We aim to foster a supportive culture where students can thrive through individualized and group support. We prepare students with academic, life, college, and career-based skills, ensuring that each student feels valued and empowered on their journey to post-secondary college and career success.
