Compensation: Codman Academy Charter Public School follows a compensation scale based on education and years of direct experience. An Associates Degree with 1 year experience starts at $47,626, with a Masters Degree with 12 years direct experience starting at $77,245 annually.

• Certified by DESE as a Special Education Teacher, grades 5-12
• Experience working with students age 18-22
• Experience with providing ELA, Math and transition services

• Provide 1:1 tutoring for a total of 35 hours
• Design instruction based on student IEP, track correspondence, schedule and student progress

• Flexible: can be before, during or after school hours; during the week and/or weekends.

Boston: local library, community center, community college, or public library

To be completed by June 30, 2026, but can extend through summer with approval.
