As an Assistant Guide, you won’t just be “helping in a classroom.” You’ll be part of something transformative:

Creating an environment that sparks curiosity and joy

Building deep, meaningful connections with children and families

Supporting children as they grow into capable, confident, and kind individuals

Growing your own career with fully-sponsored Montessori training

Partner with a Lead Guide to prepare a beautiful, child-centered classroom

Support children individually and in small groups as they explore and learn

Observe each child’s unique needs and help them reach their potential

Contribute to a warm, collaborative school community where respect and joy are at the heart of everything

Experience working with young children (0–6) in a school, childcare, or daycare setting

A love for learning and a desire to grow as an educator (Montessori experience not required!)
