** In collaboration with CCC's College Access and Success Team, the College Success & Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of Wentworth’s CCC programming, including workshops, trainings, and cultural events, as well as Boston Pipeline programming:
RAMP, Wentworth’s pre-college summer transition for Boston youth; our Industry Mentor Program; and Bridges Academy, a first-year college transition and success program.
** Administrative Duties & Documentation (10%):
** The College Success & Engagement Coordinator will assist with the documentation, evaluation, and assessment of CCC programming, partnerships, and participants in collaboration with the CCC’s leadership. The coordinator will be responsible for tracking student touch points, access to resources, success and challenges facing each student and the cumulative population. The coordinator will maintain clear, detailed, qualitative and quantitative practices regarding Boston students and yearly programming to help the CCC with grant reporting, community impact, and promoting Wentworth’s Boston Pipeline.
