Monday - Friday schedule with manageable patient load of 14 patients per day
Lead a team of physicians, NPs, and PAs in collaborative environment
Mix of clinical care and administrative responsibilities
Value-based care model focused exclusively on senior population
Combination of in-office visits and telemedicine options
Board certification in geriatric medicine required
