Practice autonomy seeing a mix of General Dermatology and open to Cosmetics. The schedule can be less than full time as this practice practically runs itself. The providers are mostly PAs who generate the vast majority of revenue.
NO weekends! The practice is set up to maximize efficiency. MA scribe. EMR is EMA. The buyout is via sweat equity over three years. A base salary and production provided. First year earnings potential over 500k if you hustle. The location is less than an hour from Boston.
