We're actively seeking Family Medicine Physicians to serve as Medical Corps Officers in the Navy—joining a team committed to caring for service members and their families.
This is an Active-Duty role for a Final Year Resident or Fellow to become a Medical Corps Officer in the Navy.
Starting Annual Compensation: $235,000 to $280,000
Location:
Full-Time in person position. Not a remote or telemedicine position. Nationwide.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care for service members and their families, addressing a wide range of medical needs. Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions, offer preventive care, and provide routine health screenings. Promote overall wellness, manage minor injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care for more specialized treatments. Your expertise supports the health and readiness of service members, ensuring their well-being in both operational and non-deployed settings.

Position Highlights:
- $400,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $43,000 Specialty Incentive Pay
- $8,000 Board Certification Pay (Once Certified)
