Tribute Secure is a special, salaried caregiving position designed to eliminate the financial uncertainty often associated with direct home care work. In exchange for your commitment to be available for hourly visits on specific days of the week, you ll receive a guaranteed weekly paycheck—no matter how many hours are ultimately scheduled.

• Be ready to accept client visits during your dedicated days of availability - including Sundays.
• Enjoy building meaningful relationships with your clients by working up to 12 hour visits that start at 7am or 8am.
• Travel confidently! You ll be responsible for commuting up to 20 miles, but you ll have the stability of a guaranteed paycheck.
