Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery Surgeon

Overview

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School are seeking a highly qualified and fellowship-trained orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Shoulder surgeon. As a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, the candidate will be actively involved in teaching and research in addition to clinical duties. Candidates must have completed an accredited orthopaedic residency training program, have a pathway to board eligibility and certification, and be eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.

Proposed academic rank at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and academic achievements.

• Clinical practice will be based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Level I trauma center in the heart of Boston’s Longwood Medical Area, with additional clinical opportunities available at affiliated partner hospitals and other outpatient sites.
• Active involvement in teaching and research in addition to clinical duties as part of a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.

• Completed an accredited orthopaedic residency training program
• Pathway to board eligibility and certification
• Eligible for licensure in Massachusetts

Clinical practice will be based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Level I trauma center in the heart of Boston’s Longwood Medical Area, with additional clinical opportunities available at affiliated partner hospitals and other outpatient sites.
