Overview
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community health setting. The role involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, supervising care teams, and supporting health promotion initiatives, with an emphasis on health equity and reducing disparities.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care across all ages in a clinical setting (80% clinical, 20% administrative).
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Supervise care teams and participate in quality assurance.
- Support health promotion initiatives and health equity efforts.
- Competitive salary of $200K–$230K.

- MD or DO degree.
- Massachusetts license to practice medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility.
