We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinology Physician to join our growing, physician-led practice located just south of Boston. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with four dedicated clinical days and one administrative day each week. Strong administrative support enables you to focus exclusively on the clinical aspects of patient care without the burden of operational tasks.
Position Highlights:- Compensation: $270,000 –$290,000 annually
- Annual wRVU productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable)
- 403(b) Retirement Plan and
457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan - Occurrence-based Malpractice Insurance
- Up to 1 week CME time offplus $3,000 CME reimbursement
- 24 days ATO(Vacation/Personal) plus holidays
- Outpatient-only schedule with no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
- Collegial, supportive work environment in a well-established health system
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (Internal Medicine)
- Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
- Massachusetts CSR and Federal DEA license
