Primary Care Physician – Boston Community Health Center
Job posted 3 days ago. Opportunity for Primary Care or Internal Medicine Physician in a community health setting serving Boston for over 50 years. Compensation: $220,000 - $300,000 per year (base pay range).

- Provides supervision to no more than two nurse practitioners or physician assistants at any time.
- Precepts internal medicine residents.
- Graduate of an appropriate medical training program in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Experience in Geriatric Medicine preferred.
- Current Massachusetts license to practice medicine.
- Certified by appropriate medical specialty board, or eligible for certification.
- Current controlled substance registration certificate from both federal government and the state of Massachusetts.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
- Experience in a community health setting.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, teaching, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Cape Verdean Creole desirable.
