* Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams-including architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, consultants, and construction partners

* Oversee design development, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, zoning, and permitting

* Facilitate design charrettes, stakeholder workshops, user engagement sessions, and major decision-making processes

* Lead contract administration activities including RFIs, submittals, change management, and construction-phase coordination

* Ensure adherence to Jacobs' quality, safety, and risk management standards

* Experience delivering large projects in key sectors including life sciences, higher education, healthcare, government/civic, aviation, or commercial development

* Experience with laboratory or research facilities (a strong advantage in the Boston market)

* Knowledge of a variety of design and construction delivery methods, including design-build, CM-at-risk, progressive design-build, and integrated project delivery methods
