As the Multimedia Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of multimedia projects aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities. In this role, you will help to coordinate the production of multimedia projects from intake through final delivery, partnering closely with the Multimedia Operations Manager and Production leads to allocate resources, manage production timelines, and ensure clear communication with our stakeholders.
Working alongside the Multimedia Marketing Operations Manager and cross‑functional marketing teams, you will help refine production workflows, maintain brand standards, and support the consistent delivery of high‑quality multimedia content. You Will Do
- Support the intake and day‑to‑day project management of multimedia requests, coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure projects are properly assigned; objectives are defined, and projects are delivered in accordance with established briefs and deadlines.
- Assist in coordinating video production logistics, including scheduling shoots, reserving studios or meeting spaces, confirming talent availability, and tracking approvals and release documentation.
- Provide ongoing support for multimedia asset management across platforms, including video hosting, file storage organization, and accurate metadata tagging.
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of multimedia performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external multimedia vendors and assist in tracking project‑related invoices and expenses.
- Support the Operations Manager in documenting and implementing new production processes and workflow improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1‑3 years of work experience in operations management, project management, or a related field within a multimedia marketing or creative environment.
- A creative and thoughtful self‑starter with impeccable attention to detail and a passion for making things more efficient and effective.
- Background in video production and/or familiarity with video production process and tools (Adobe Premiere), is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Experience working within a workflow management tool (e.g., Workfront, Trello, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across teams.

The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience:
