Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re partnering with a mid-size, award-winning design firm just 15 miles west of Boston that’s growing — and growing smart. They’ve delivered over $2.5B in projects across New England in the last decade and have built a reputation for thoughtful design, strong leadership, and a genuinely collaborative culture.

They’re looking to add a few talented Junior Architects who want real project exposure, real responsibility, and room to grow — without the chaos (or commute) of downtown Boston.

If you’re sharp, motivated, and want to be part of a team that actually builds what it designs, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Contributing to design concepts from schematic design through construction documents
  • Producing technical drawings, detailing, and documentation
  • Working in Revit daily (3+ years preferred)
  • Using AutoCAD and other modeling tools as needed
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal team members
  • Supporting site surveys and construction phase services
  • Participating in structural, MEP, and consultant coordination
  • Bringing ideas to the table — not just redlines
What They’re Looking For
  • 1–5 years of relevant architectural office experience
  • Degree in Architecture (or related field)
  • Strong understanding of the full design process
  • Solid Revit experience (this is key)
  • Strong drafting and detailing skills
  • Hand sketching ability is a bonus
  • Organized, collaborative, and strong communicator

LEED AP and/or licensure in progress is highly valued — and supported.

Why This Firm?
  • Established, respected New England design leader
  • Relaxed, team-oriented environment
  • Lower overhead and cost of living outside the city
  • Clear growth path
  • MA Paid Family & Medical Leave
  • 401k with employer match
  • Project-based bonuses
  • Lunch & Learns

If you’re looking for a place where you can actually develop as an architect — not just draft details all day — this is worth a conversation.
