Our studio is growing and we are seeking an Architectural Designer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team.

Throughout all phases of the design process, our office requires people to work both collaboratively and independently. The ideal candidate will:

• Self-starter
• Demonstrate confidence and willingness to push creative boundaries
• Have strong design capabilities complemented by presentation skills that convey design thinking
• Develop and coordinate project documentation, execution, construction plans, and details in Revit
• Show flexibility and eagerness to take on new challenges and assignments on complex project types
• Exhibit excellent time management skills (efficient)
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

• Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
• 8+ years of experience in a professional office
• Licensure preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes
• Experience managing aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion
• Proficient in Revit and Rhino
• Knowledge of V-Ray and Enscape is preferred
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite

Salary commensurate with experience. The compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000.
