• Lead design thinking sessions and structured ideation to generate innovative digital and physical experiences.
• Translate early concepts into visual prototypes using advanced design tools and approved AI platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Production, AI R&D Labs, and Marketing.
• Conduct trend and consumer research to inform strategic decisions and future directions.
• Develop detailed specifications for prototypes and production runs, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Evaluate digital builds for experiential integrity and alignment with brand standards.
• Create and deliver compelling internal presentations to showcase concepts, prototypes, and strategic insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Expert proficiency and enthusiasm with AI tools for text, image, and audio generation.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Firefly and Substance.
• Strong capability with Figma or comparable prototyping platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate design thinking workshops and structured problem-solving.
