Job Title: Associate Producer – AI for Creating

Location: Boston MA

Payrate: 41.38$/hr

Duration: 6+ Months

Shift: Hybrid Role, 3 days in office 2 days remote either in Thomson Place, Boston or Pawtucket RI

• Lead design thinking workshops and structured ideation for digital and phygital play experiences.
• Translate early concepts into visual prototypes using advanced design tools and approved AI systems.
• Guide junior team members and peers in best practices for AI assisted design methodologies.
• Conduct trend and consumer research to inform insights and future strategy.
• Partner with Digital Production, AI R&D Labs, New Business Marketing, and Branding throughout concept to shelf development.
• Create detailed play and production specifications for prototypes and production readiness.
• Evaluate digital builds to verify quality, brand alignment, and experiential integrity.
• Develop and deliver internal presentations that clearly communicate concepts, prototypes, and strategic recommendations.

• Expert proficiency and enthusiasm in AI tools for text, image, and audio generation.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Firefly and Substance.
• Strong capability with Figma or comparable prototyping tools.
• Advanced design thinking facilitation and structured problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in digital product design, emerging tech design, innovation, or related fields.

• Experience mentoring or directing designers in hybrid AI workflows.
• Experience with game modding or game engine prototyping.
• Experience building phygital experiences.
• Strong understanding of consumer product development.

Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Innovation, Emerging Technology, or related field.

5 to 10 years of experience in innovation, digital design, or emerging technology roles.
