Responsibilities- Provide planning, design, and coordination support on projects
- Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Prepare drawings and specification documents
- Research, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials
- Understand healthcare trends
- Assist the lead Health Planner in preparing presentation drawings, diagrams, and narratives
- Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to the building design and health planning
- Perform other duties as needed
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam)
- Architectural registration
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the healthcare architecture field, with 3 years exclusively as a health planner
- Advanced credentials desired (e.g., ACHA, LEED, EDAC, etc.)
- Must be willing to travel
- Preference given to local candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the A/E industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, prints, drawings, and models
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and flexible
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction of buildings
