Dental Assistant - MA Licensed

Private Dental office with locations in Boston and Milton. Are you looking to join a fun and team-oriented dental practice? Seaport Dental Associates is searching for a MA‑licensed Time Dental Assistant to work in our offices (40 hours/week). Hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 to 6 (Boston location) •
Thursdays 8-1 (Boston location)
• Fridays 8-12 (Milton location).
Interested dental assistant candidates should be professional, friendly, responsible, reliable team players with excellent people skills and positive energy.

• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms efficiently for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
• Assist the dentist with all aspects of four‑handed dentistry, including taking x‑rays, impressions, and digital scans (ITERO).
• Track lab cases diligently to ensure timely receipt and manage patient expectations.
• Conduct all tasks in compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines to uphold our standards.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by multitasking effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Dental Assisting License, in good standing, in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in a dental setting, with a focus on assisting in four‑handed dentistry.
• Ability to efficiently sterilize and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring readiness for procedures.
• Proven track record of managing lab cases and ensuring timely receipt to meet patient expectations.
• Familiarity with taking X‑rays, impressions, and digital scans (ITERO) to support dental procedures.
• Strong multitasking skills required to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
• Current CPR, X‑Ray certification, and a valid MA Dental Assisting license.

Hourly rate: $29 - $35.
