Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring part-time Box Office Representatives to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Box Office Representative, you will sell tickets for attractions or events.

$35.00 - $35.00 / hour

• Answer guest questions about the attraction or event.
• Scheduling guests for an event or attraction.
• Answer incoming calls from potential ticket buyers.
• Use the point-of-sale system to process ticket transactions.
• Handle guest purchases in a friendly, efficient manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to serve guests quickly.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• The ability to multitask.

• May be required to work in a small space, such as a ticket booth.
• Ability to withstand a variety of temperatures depending on the season.
• Manual dexterity to process ticket purchases and issue guest tickets.

Days, Evenings, M-F, Weekends

Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
