Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our Boston team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong communication, and long‑term relationship development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with client accounts.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and account updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Monitor account activity and assist in identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through company services.
