Promoboxx is on the lookout for a standout Customer Support Specialist. Promoboxx is a retail marketing platform powered by brands, that allows brands to support local retailers via relevant, compelling digital content on a regular schedule.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Support Specialist role is an entry-level, full-time position on the Promoboxx Customer Support Team. The primary responsibilities include monitoring inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats, becoming a product expert in the Promoboxx platform, conducting 1:1 platform training, and supporting our internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties. This is an entry-level role and Support Team members are meant to pursue growth within the company.
Aspiring Onboarding/Implementation Specialists or Customer Success Managers would be ideal fits for this role.
- Monitor inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats; become a product expert in the Promoboxx platform
- Conduct 1:1 platform training and support internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties
- Own our Support inboxes and utilize template-based replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
- Make outgoing calls to train retailers 1:1 per request
- Answer general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality for external and internal users
- Facilitate collaboration between Customer Services teams and the Product/Engineering teams
- Assist with other necessary work as needed
- You must submit your maximum 2-minute video answering "Why are you the best candidate for this role?" as a Loom link in the provided field in this application. Applications without the required video element will not be considered at this time
- Learn all the nooks and crannies of the Promoboxx platform to be able to navigate and troubleshoot confidently
- Work with our team supporting some of the best-known consumer brands and their retailers
- Learn the Promoboxx platform and gain hands-on experience with social media marketing
- Own our Support inboxes and utilize template-based replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
- Make outgoing calls to train retailers 1:1 per request
- Answer general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality for external and internal users
- Act as a facilitator for the Customer Services teams and the Product/Engineering teams
- Assist with other necessary work as needed
- You’re ambitious and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a strong sense of pride in your own work without the need for continuous management
- You are comfortable with measurements of success that emphasize confidence, quality, and independence more than strict KPIs
- Articulate and charismatic on the phone and in written communications
- Use patience and empathy when interacting with customers
- Willingness to learn and work at a rapid pace while implementing time management
- Ability to function as both an individual contributor and a team member
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
