About the Role:
As a Client Care Specialist (CCS) at Angell Animal Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our veterinary team ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience from start to finish.
You’ll be:
- Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Supporting emergency visit coordination with calm and efficiency
- Acting as a key liaison between pet owners and medical staff
This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and has a heart for both people and pets.
One weekend day per week is required. Specific schedule to be discussed during the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in high-energy settings
- A passion for helping animals and their people
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $20–$21/hour
- Higher compensation may be offered based on experience and qualifications

ExperienceRequired:
1 year of Customer service experience
Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative is preferred.
