Position OverviewAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your primary goal is to address
* S customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions using our support tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and elevate complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction achieved.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional credentials in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on empathy and clarity.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer‑service software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
