- -83978 [Guest Service / Concierge] As a Phone Ambassador at Live Nation Entertainment, you'll:
Answer all incoming calls to the venue and provide guests with excellent customer service while answering all questions/concerns;
Monitor all venue email inboxes and answer guest emails in a timely manner;
Look for ways to proactively assist the guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience;
Answer questions about common venue programs such as upgrades, purchasing fan merchandise, etc;
Assist in resolving guest complaints;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
