Job Title:Customer Care – Lighting Manufacturer’s Representative Job Type: Full-Time, In Office

Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting customers and internal project managers, managing small pricing requests, project submittals, orders, and returns and ensuring timely communication between clients and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional, prompt, and accurate customer service via email through ticketing system and phone conversations.
- Assist with placing and tracking orders.
- Process replacement part requests and returns.
- Prepare and submit small job submittals and quotations.
- Perform accurate data entry for orders, quotes, and correspondence in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays, or technical questions.
- Maintain product and order documentation for customer records.
- Customer service experience in lighting a plus, but not required, on the job training will be provided.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Hub Spot system a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
- This is an in-office position.
- Salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 depending on candidate’s experience.
