We are seeking Freelance Audio, Video and Lighting contractors to join our team, on‑site based in the Boston area and throughout New England. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining lighting, audio‑visual, and stage systems for local live events and productions. These roles involve designing, programming, building and operating systems, assisting with electrical wiring, and ensuring flawless execution of lighting and AV equipment for live events.
Collaboration with team members and adherence to best practices in safety and performance are key aspects of this role.
- Experience with lighting, and audiovisual design, control, and execution
- Proficiency with audiovisual and lighting systems for event production
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for on‑site work in and around Boston, MA, with flexibility for event schedules
- Familiarity with AV and stage technologies, as well as safety protocols
- Prior experience in live event production
- Professional experience and conduct is required to produce successful events
