We’re looking for a creative specialist with a strong foundation in motion design, video, and graphic design to support our B2B SaaS marketing and brand efforts. This role is ideal for an early‑career creative who is comfortable working across static and motion formats and eager to use AI‑assisted creative tools to work smarter and faster in a modern tech environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team along and extended team members to create visually compelling assets that help communicate complex ideas simply and clearly across the buyer journey.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for B2B SaaS marketing, including product explainers, demos, social content, events, and campaigns
- Create static graphic design assets such as social graphics, digital ads, presentation slides, one‑pagers, and web visuals
- Animate static brand assets (icons, illustrations, typography, UI elements) into engaging motion content
- Edit video footage and assemble assets with motion overlays, captions, transitions, and light sound design
- Use AI‑powered creative tools to support:
- Concept development and storyboarding
- Rapid design iteration and versioning
- Automated resizing, captioning, and accessibility checks
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions to bring our new brand to life
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, visual systems, and messaging
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, agile marketing environment
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain high‑quality standards
- 1‑1.5 years of experience (or equivalent portfolio) in motion design, video, and graphic design for B2B, SaaS, or technology brands
- Portfolio showcasing a mix of animation, motion graphics, video editing, and static design
- Proficiency with (but not limited to):
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Canva
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition)
- AI‑forward mindset with experience using AI‑assisted design and video tools for ideation & asset creation, production & video enhancement, content adaptation across channels, and optimization
- Familiarity with Figma for layout, collaboration, and design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital and video content
- Understanding of performance‑driven creative (paid media, conversion‑focused design)
- You deliver polished, on‑brand creative across static, motion, and video formats
- You help simplify complex SaaS and technical stories through strong visual design
- You use AI responsibly to improve speed, quality, and scalability
- You collaborate effectively and respond well to feedback
