Media Group, one of the fastest-growing progressive communications firms in the U.S., is seeking videography and photography freelancers in the Boston area to work with us on an as-needed basis on a variety of projects.

The ideal candidates will have photography and location videography skills for on-location assignments in addition to editing experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of professional post-production experience
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere and the Creative Suite workflow
• High level of proficiency in crafting narrative arcs with interview-based material
• Self-directing, independent ability to carry a script and material into completed content
• Takes feedback well from team to deliver content according to agency/client need
• Up to date with the latest aesthetic trends in social media, digital, and TV advertising content

Preferred Qualifications:

• Field photography experience-especially with events and portraits, natural lighting, and flash photography experience
• Field videography experience-event capture and unscripted live-action coverage, framing and lighting for interviews, and high-fidelity audio recording

A valid driver's license and a purchased or leased automobile with a valid inspection sticker for personal transportation to and from the office as well as work events is required.
