Hasbro is seeking a creative and passionate Associate Graphic Designer with a fearless drive to help reshape the creative landscape. Whether evolving our iconic brands or designing the next generation of play experiences, Hasbro is constantly pushing boundaries—and we need your talent to help make it happen.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life across a wide range of creative projects with the support of senior creative leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners and external vendors in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This position reports to the Senior Creative Manager.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

• Create global brand assets.
• Conceptualize brand expressions and contribute to global assets and style guides.
• Design logos, iconography, and supporting visual elements.
• Develop retail graphics, merchandising materials, and presentation assets.
• Create packaging creative direction guides—capturing tone, mood, and system cues under leadership guidance.
• Conduct trend research, develop inspiration decks, and participate in milestone reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to meet key delivery dates and ensure creative alignment.

• 3 years experience in a related creative field.
• B.F.A. in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong conceptual thinking and understanding of brand systems and design principles.
• Ability to contribute to creative strategy and visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with vendors and partners.
• Highly creative, organized, and adaptable; able to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with enthusiasm and integrity.

The base salary range for this position is $26.40 to $39.60. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long‑term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
