We are seeking a Construction Inspector for performing construction inspections and completing required reports. Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties.

• Must be able to work with contractor personnel and various stakeholders to assure work conforms to project plans, specs and approved submittals.
• Attend meetings related to assigned construction projects.
• Job specific quality system tasks as defined in the project manual.
• Assist with the preparation of written reports and documentation.
• Assist with coordination of required project acceptance testing.
• Perform materials inspection and acceptance prior to installation.
• Keep chief inspector and/or resident engineer informed of project progress.
• Perform specific installation tasks, field measurements and duties as assigned.
• Must comply with company mandated safety policies.

• Basic math skills to assist with measurements and computations of installed quantities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of construction.
• Ability to read plans and understand project specifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management is a plus.
